Dr. Glazer states, “I had the good fortune of spending the year of 2004 with Dr Lowen editing his Autobiography - Honoring the Body. I visited with him in New Canaan four times, reviewed all manuscripts and did extensive interviewing to have his life documented. Over and over in our conversations, Dr. Lowen emphasized to me that the principles of Bioenergetics are:
Vibrancy ~ Strong Body Work ~ Breathing ~ The Story Our Character Structure Tells ~ Reading the Body.
This workshop will extensively emphasize Alexander Lowen’s style of Bioenergetics by providing participants with the opportunity to receive several individual sessions. Each participant is welcomed to receive sessions with each of the three leaders. The morning session will consist of Group Bioenergetics processing including teaching theories of Bioenergetics, bodywork, and working energy and psychology. The afternoons will be broken into individual groups led by different group leaders to allow all participants to receive additional individual work. There will also be exercise groups. The spirit of the workshop is to teach working energy and working psychology in the manner that Alexander Lowen taught.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The workshop will be held at Domain Des Ormes Resort, 20 kilometers from Mont Saint Michel Abbey near Rennes, France. The resort has indoor/outdoor swimming, horse-back riding, nightlife, four restaurants, and many nature trails. The resort is offering us an excellent summer accommodation rate on their apartments that have two separate rooms with four individual beds. These apartments can accommodate four to five people and are approximately €120 (Euro) a day = $169.00 (USD). They also have studio apartments that accommodate two to three participants for €96 (Euro) a day = $139.00 (USD). Individual rooms in their large hotel are also available for €80 (Euro) a day = $112.00 (USD). After you have registered for the workshop with The Alexander Lowen Foundation, we will assist you in making your reservations directly with Domain Des Ormes and we can arrange roommates when requested.
TUITION:
Tuition for the five day workshop is €400 (Euro) = $560 (USD). Tuition can be paid by Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, cash or check. Tuition needs to be paid in full no later than three weeks before the workshop (July 20, 2009.)

ROBERT GLAZER, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Florida Society for Bioenergetic Analysis. Dr. Glazer's Bioenergetic training includes seven years of study with Alexander Lowen, completion of the New York Society Training Program for Bioenergetic Analysis, and thirty three years in private practice as a Bioenergetic Therapist. He has conducted numerous workshops in North America and South America. He is on the Board of Directors for The Alexander Lowen Foundation.
SCOTT WINFIELD, M.S.W. has been studying bioenergetic analysis and psychoanalysis for over thirty years and completed formal training in both. Through the years, Scott has led many workshops in North America and South America teaching Bioenergetics, Psychoanalysis and the therapy process.
