Update
Dear Friends,
As you may have heard, Dad suffered a stroke in July last
year. Tragically he lost most of his speech and mobility,
and now requires close 24 hour care. The stroke is on top
of his memory difficulties, which have become progressively
more challenging for five years or so. However, he may be
in better physical shape than either you or me!...and while
life is a struggle for him (he is 96), he still clearly enjoys
being alive.
He is still at home in New Canaan , and although he no longer
uses the telephone, he occasionally receives visitors. And
in his way, he is still all bioenergetics. Aside from sleeping,
he loves to eat and dance (although he may not get up to dance).
