We hope to help you by making Bioenergetics
more accessible to people and practitioners by providing information
in many forms, including:
- Tools to search Dr. Lowen’s writings
- Unreleased video and audio of Dr. Lowen and his work
- Exercise tutorials on video
- and perhaps via workshops near you
Yet, the most important
is your voice. In bioenergetics we all know how important
your voice is. It’s the same here, electronic as it
is, your voice is important.
We have included “forums” on
nearly every page. A forum is a great way to exchange ideas
and insights, and to build on the experience of others. Read
what others say, and please do respond if you have something
to say. If you don’t see your specific topic of interest,
start one. It’s easy.
Especially now, we need your help to construct
the best web-site we can. See what our ideas are, then tell
